1.      That the balloon's ARC is valid

2.      That my certificate is valid

3.      That my insurance is valid and complies with EU regulations

4.      That my medical is valid

5.      That I will fly according to the guidelines and rules that are specifically applicable during the Fiesta

6.      That I will not fly with passengers or a third party for renumeration

7.      That I will not engage in activities for renumeration or other compensation

8.      That I will follow the instructions and precautions of the Fiesta organization staff

9.      That I will follow the rules at the gas refuelling area, as well as instructions from the staff at the same location

10.  That I will behave nicely and courteously towards landowners

11.  That I will not fly under the influence of alcohol, sedative medications, narcotics, etc.
